Sítio Lamparina, designed for Ozorito's family, is the meeting and leisure space for that type of family that likes to get everyone together, party and enjoy the weekends in the middle of the woods._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_

 

When we started the project, the original land had already been cut into two plateaus with a gap of five meters between them and we started from there to distribute the spaces, with the objective of solving them from simple constructive and structural solutions._cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

 

The house is located on the upper plateau, while the leisure infrastructure is located on the lower plateau, consisting of a swimming pool, sauna and barbecue area. 

 

The house is structured around the kitchen and prioritizes living spaces, which are thought of as external spaces, albeit internal. For this, we bet on the entry of light through the roof with two heights and, also, on large openings that guarantee the connection with the external area of the house and the feeling of the external environment.

 

On the lower plateau, the minimum infrastructure for barbecue was positioned in order to guarantee integration with the swimming pool, with the sauna and also with the house. 

 

For the facades, we adopted the classic combination of blue and yellow colors and applied it in a modern way, by marking the main opening plans.
